Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item breaks during shipping, we will replace it or full refund to you, evaluate the issue and make it right. But do require a photograph of the broken item emailed to us first. Please hold on to the broken item while we file an insurance claim. 

Due to our product are made to order, before shipped we will sent photo to get your approve, so that we do not accept return or exchanges if not defective/damaged issues.

 

Cancellations

We accept cancellations, but please kindly email us in 24 hours.

We will notify and let you know if the cancellations and refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
